Strict Data Privacy: All data entered and generated within the KEEN app related to your company's operations (sales figures, visit details, strategic information, etc.) is considered strictly private and confidential.

Controlled Access: Access to company data is rigorously controlled through the defined user roles and permissions system. Each user account type can only access the data relevant to their function and authority level, as configured and overseen by the Company Account administrator.

Data Source and Integrity: Core data such as doctor, pharmacy, and drug store information is robustly provided and continuously updated by the client company's authorized end-users (e.g., representatives, managers) through the app. This ensures data accuracy and consistency reflects the company's direct knowledge. KEEN provides a reporting system that facilitates easy updates (e.g., changes in doctor details) initiated by these users. KEEN may verify significant updates, potentially involving contact with the relevant representative solely for this verification purpose; this represents the only direct communication channel between the KEEN team and individual representatives.

Limited Developer Access: To ensure the highest level of confidentiality, the KEEN app development and maintenance team has no access to sensitive, company-specific data (e.g., sales performance, detailed visit reports, internal strategies). Access is restricted solely to non-sensitive, aggregated, or publicly available information necessary for system maintenance, troubleshooting, and improvement (such as aggregated usage statistics, general location data for mapping features like pharmacy/doctor/drug store locations, or overall account numbers). Specific company performance data remains inaccessible to the development team.

Shared Order Information Responsibility: Information related to orders, including any associated details or images shared between Medical Representatives and Drug Store accounts via the app, remains the responsibility of the client company. KEEN facilitates this exchange but does not assume responsibility for the content itself, ensuring maximum transparency regarding KEEN's role in data handling.

Information Safety: This policy, combined with robust security measures, ensures the safety and privacy of your valuable company information against unauthorized access.

Verified Communication Channel: All communication regarding app support, updates, or technical issues between the KEEN development team and your company will be conducted exclusively through one or two pre-verified and authorized contact persons designated by your company, ensuring secure and official correspondence.
